How can I delete an old bank account?

If you have a bank account that has been closed or that you no longer wish to use for repayment, please contact our servicing team at (833) 450-1425 and request for this account to be deactivated.

If you have a payment scheduled to come out of the account you would like to have removed, please contact us at least three business days before the scheduled debit to ensure we can make this change before the payment is processed.
